SURGE PROTECTOR FOR DC POWER SUPPLY – 24 VDC
The DS2x0-xxDC series surge protectors are designed to safeguard equipment connected to DC power supplies from transient overvoltages caused by lightning. These compact devices utilize voltage varistors suitable for the network (ranging from 12 to 350 VDC). The electrical design of the DS2x0S-xxDC includes varistors equipped with thermal disconnectors and associated indicators to monitor their potential end of life. Optional versions with remote signaling are also available (DS2x0S-xxDC). The plug-in module allows for easy and quick maintenance in case of a fault (network disconnection). The DS2x0-xxDC is DIN rail-mounted and connects in parallel to the protected network.
